Time setting

Um, anyone know how to change the time stamps on these things?

What I'm getting right now is off by about two and a half hours.

It would make sense if it were off by a couple of hours, given that it would mean that there's a time zone setting that would need to be corrected somewhere.

Right now, however, I'm apparently off somewhere literally straddling the Mountain and Pacific time zones rather than on the East Coast.

Go figure.
